So I played with the alarms a little bit and asked myself if it is possible to combine the weather warnings with the common windy alarms?

Seems like there are some issues with Germany. This is the current status in windy:
And this is the warning map on the Homepage of the DWD (German meteorological service):
All these warnings (except some regions in the east) have at least the second highest warning level. -
