I am woundering, if a plugin special for events like tsunami or the effects of a el Nino would be a good thing with a realtime alarm by SMS or installed social media, such as whatsapp or wechat ecp..

Additional a local alarm, means where I am, dedect by my telephone/ tablet GPS, for heavy rain, landslides or gale would be very useful.
