How to change forecast timestamp?

I have tried setting the timestamp in the options, setting the timestamp through the store, but nothing seems to be changing it. The timeline doesn't seem to update.

I don’t know if you speak about this setting below, but if the case I agree with you. I have never got any effect from this tick box and I don’t know what it’s supposed to do.
