<![CDATA[METARS showing VFR when not VFR conditions]]>VFR in Class Delta requires 3sm visibility. This report was 2.5sm and showing VFR. Compare to AeroWeather which correctly reported IFR. Same underlying data from the airport.

Just verified this again. Windy reporting VFR at KPAO, but IFR at KSQL. Both are IFR.
