Weather tiles as a service

Your weather maps are really amazing and just the thing I need to import into my project. Would you offer weather tiles as a service through your API to return animated gifs (or something similar)? The tiles overlay would need to respond to zoom/pan events and be tied to a given date/time for forecast/hindcast data/
