    Windy on iOS "lock" screen?

      Dear iOS gurus & lovers,

      iPhones enjoy animated wallpapers (live photos, HEIC images) on locked screen. So what about bringing live windy on the lock screen, updated every 3, 6, 12 hours? Is it feasible (without draining down the battery :-|)? Isn't it a matter of collecting abour 15 frames of windy, wrapping them in a heic image structure and using it as a lock screen image (if it can be changed programmatically.) I'm not a xcode developer so I don't foresee the complexity of this. Just got the idea, and I'm sure I'm not the first one to dream about this.
