Startup location

When I first got on Windy I was in S. Korea. Now, whenever I bring the site up, it defaults to S. Korea. Even when I log in, it defaults to S. Korea. Very frustrating. I live in Florida, is there a way I can change the default startup (before logging in) to a different location than S. Korea (the IP address start isn't working)? Yes, I have changed the start location in the settings menu repeatedly, it will not save; it indicates settings are "saved in the cloud" but doesn't actually save at all.
