      recently I have been seeing a trail of white on everybody in nearly the entire neighborhood and I am thinking its snow and Snow like last time I said is rare for Houston so I wanna know if it really did snow

        Well, it did get pretty cold when the low pressure passed over the mid-west, so I wouldn't be surprised if it did. And so far the mid-west has seen record lows for the month of November.
