Where is the support for these different versions of coordinates?
When I check a location, I'm seeing the DMS coordinates in windy.com. I would like to see the DD coordinates because my GPS app only supports those.
I've checked settings to see if I can change my default but couldn't locate where to change it.

Any help would be much appreciated :)
      Thanks.

You can enter coordinates in 3 different formats in the search box, but Windy displays only DMS format in the weather picker.
What is the point of displaying the coordinates in DD, do you use Windy as a navigation app? Just insert the DD coordinates shown by your GPS in the search box of Windy.

          Thank you for your answer.
No I have a separate GPS app and it only takes DD coordinates for waypoints. It's OK though, I figured out that the DD coordinates are in the URL when you click on kite spots, I can work with that.

OK I understand you want to find the Windy spots using your GPS and you’ve found the way to obtain the coordinates in DD format.
Well done, you got it !

              36.989213°,-84.231474°
this format should be also considered.

On which device do you enter coordinates ? On the mobile app or on the browser version ?
Which format are you using ?

@marekd please re-read my post. I pointed out that I tried to edit the pasted position format to match Windy format #2 in your list, but Windy incorrectly interpreted the string (see attached screen shot). Is it conceivable the lats and longs that are < 1 deg (i.e. 0 30.00W -> -0 30..0) from equator and/ or the 0-deg meridian (i.e. a position near Cartagena, Spain) are incorrectly being converted?

You are right. There a bug when coordinates are using the DMM format between -1° and 1°, both in latitude or in longitude.
However it works correctly when using the DM format between -1° and 1°.
