Arctic centered projection

It would be great to be able to use Windy with different projections in the mapping, e.g. centered over the Arctic using similar projection as NSIDC http://nsidc.org/arcticseaicenews/.

A polar projection should be an alternative to the abandonment of the 3D display on Windy.
