Rain/snow Chinese translation error

I found a little translation error. The Rain/Snow should be "雨、雪" in chinese.

The origin text is "Rain, thunder" instead of "Rain/snow"... So it is no wrong.

By the way, I wanna review all the "Chinese Simplified" translation and become a "proofreader" role on the crowdin, would should I do? I send the message to @TomSlavkovsky on the crowdin, but look like he didn't check it out yet.
