It's a nothing-burger Lisa, no cyclone present at any point as far as I can see, just a lower-levels vortex, it never got going and is smaller than most significant tropical thunderstorms. Maybe the resulting trough complex will bring some welcome rains to the east coast and ranges from Sunday.
