There are no in-app purchases I can see in the real Windy.com App. Are you sure you aren't using Windy? You are probably using the other one from another website, www.windyapp.co with the logo below.

Yes, I mean Bitcoin address. Bitcoin does not support (yet!) sending money to street names :)
