      Hi,
Beja airport (LPBJ) METAR identified as VFR when fog conditions were reported - visibility 200 meters.

Perhaps, as NSC (no significant cloud) was also reported, it triggers the system to identify current conditions as VFR and not LIRF / IFR.

      Thanks,
      Gonçalo

        You got it!
NSC can be used if visibility is more than 5km and less than 10km.
