Unsolved Bug with the widget

I'm having problems with the windy days forecast widget. the widget no longer works with the current location (São Paulo), only works with the local Nordstaden. I activated my GPS, then I activated the widget a week ago, the first three days worked with my location São Paulo, on the other days the widget says there is no location.
How can I solve this?
