Hi - I am an amateur weather geek and love Windy. However I am perplexed by the lack of forecast snow measurements. Can anyone explain why Windy displays the rain amount rather than the likely snowfall? Is there any way to see snow prediction on Windy? I live in Michigan in the US and I want to know whether I should be excited about getting out my snowshoes this weekend :)

The « Rain, thunder » layer shows snowfall when the precipitations are displayed with the snowflake symbol.

And locally the weather picker gives the snowfall for the next 3 hours.

The « New snow » layer shows the snow depth for the next 12h, 24h, 3, 5 and 10 days.

You find « New snow » in « Other layers... » and you can add it in the Quick menu.
