Solved windy-plugin-skewt now running with ECMWF data

@stitch It would've been cool to make a parcel ascent... the issue was that the skewt is transparent, so I'm not sure how to make parts of it clickable. Hopefully I'll figure it out someday!

what you have in place works fine (happy days!!!).....just need to go back to old school and picture that parcel ascent.
