UTC vs local time

I have noticed that there is 2 hours difference between UTC and local time in Spain. It should be only 1 hour LT-1=UTC winter, LT-2=UTC summer

Hello Ton, I'm also from Spain and I also have the same problem, it's like the LT and UTC work separetly. I'm using Google Chrome as my browser.
