What's going on with Rio Vista, CA radar?

This blob has been visible for weeks from the web view. I've also seen it on the Rainy Days app on Android.
Oddly, I don't see it on the Android version of the Windy app, the WeatherBug app, or Accuweather's or NOAA's radar view.

@markping That is likely some interference on the radar disk itself. it's common with Doppler radars. Most other websites filter out interference like that by default. Windy shows the raw data so things like that might be common in some places.

@markping this area has been in my cross hairs for a long time as I take notice on RadarScope. The app. Now having driven through their on various weeks as I commute to school and drive through there I've noticed this area is a micro climate. It has its on weather, almost always a layer of fog/mist if not drizzle. And when a storm comes through there the cell tends to get squeezed for whatever reason for more rain then surrounding areas. In my opinion this is an anomaly that needs to be looked at.
There are only wind mills along the highway that runs through there. (I believe it takes advantage of this microclimate)
