Apparent Temperature layer?

Would love to see a layer that calculates the 'apparent temperature', based on dry ambient temperature, relative humidity, and wind speed. This would be great to see how the days change over time, and whether or not a cool, humid area is the same as a hot, dry area.

Anyone else interested in seeing something like this?
