Strange snow/ice warning next to the Seychelles islands from the UK Met Office

I found this strange thing next to the Seychelles islands, where the TEMP is 27 °C now, so it is probably a BUG. (2019.01.23.)
In the picture we can see that the sender is UK Met Office, so somehow it was oriented in the wrong position.
Does anyone know something about it?
