Same issue here. It is consistent with a 3 hour offset for sunrise and a 6 hour offset for sunset. Same offsets for each location I try. Only in the 12 hour time format. The 24 hour format seems to be accurate.

Hi Peter,
You seem right !
However with 24h setting, hours seem correct to me. You may confirm as I’m not living « down under ».
12h setting gives wrong hours except for dusk. Am I right?
