Radar colors for rain vs snow

Can the Radar show Rain the the colors of green, yellow, red, etc
and show Snow in the colors of blue, white.
More like what many are accustomed to in weather radars.
Maybe I've missed how to do this but the radar does not seem to differentiate between rain / snow.

@bpecue802 The Weather radar only shows precipitations, and the default colors are green, yellow, red.

@Korina Got it. Certainly disappointing. I know I'm probably not your normal client using the app mainly for radar, but I'll have to default to using another app 6 months out of the year to see differentiators between rain, freezing rain, snow, etc...

Do you foresee any future effort of adding this standard radar functionality?

All weather radars are not able to detect snow among precipitation. The US radars do that, but not all other countries. So it would need a development only for the US.

If possible, this should seriously be considered as a future add-on for the US and countries that have the ability. Windy's radar functionality is excellent compared to other apps but not being able to discern precipitation type is a major deficiency.
