Warnings are wrongly parsed and displayed

Meteorological warnings are taken from CHMI in Czechia, but do not correlate. Right now, Prague is not on the list, but highlighted on Windy; also the areas in Moravia that are under a warning are over-exaggerated on Windy. Compare yourself:

@petrpulc Hi, yes you are right. We are using data from European CAP agregator Meteoalarm. Unfortunately, CHMI does not share the same data as they have on their website.
