what are the altitudes of low cloud , medium cloud and high cloud

Low clouds: Surface -> circa 2000m.
Medium clouds: Between circa 2000m and circa 6500m.
High clouds: Between circa 6500m and cloud tops.
Cloud cover is given in percentage.
