Kihei, Hawaii temp is low

Temp is about 10 degrees too low compared to accuweather.com or my outside thermometer.
Yahoo has reported Kihei temps too low for years too.

right now (Feb 12 / 05:30 UTC) the observed temp. from 2 meteo. stations
are 64 and 68 F.
For the same time, the forecasted value (by ECMWF wx. model) is 64F.
