Suggestion for particle animation
-
When I press 'play' on the timeline I see an animated version of the weather over time. This is lovely. It's a bit jarring, though, when the particle animation is on, because when jumping between frames of the animation (eg between 1am and 4am), all the particles completely disappear, and it takes a second for the new particles to emerge / grow long tails.
My suggestion is that, when playing a timeline, the particle animation frames somehow fade in and out of each other.
Perhaps the easiest way to do this would be to have the particles in each frame of the animation appear fully grown with full tails, rather than as single points that take time to grow in length.
Thanks for being awesome!

@dmountain Having thought through this some more, I think what I'd really like it to have an option to have the particles be non-animated: that is, they just appear as static streaks with obvious tails, clearly indicating wind without the need for animation of the particles. I really think this would look better for the purposes of the timeline animation that the particles appear in.
Hope this makes sense.
