Is there any pay option to get more frequently updates? In my case, in Chile, the interval is 12 hrs

There is no update more frequent than 12h for ECMWF on Windy
From last year, ECMWF make available 4 runs per day, but this is for users under special licence conditions : They are Weather Services members of ECMWF which use the IFS model as boundary for their own limited area models:
