Windy is a weather forecast app. I don’t see any benefit to show vessel AIS data on Windy, as ships positioning has no connection with weather/atmosphere/ocean. There are many websites which provide these data, including those you have included in your post. And I am not sure that these ships doing illegal fishing do broadcast their position via AIS when they fish in illegal areas. We know that most of them turn off their AIS equipment to be out of range.
I agree with you that these bandit ships from Asia are devastating the ocean ressources. -
