Wind chill overlay?

I don't see an overlay for wind chill. Am I missing it? If not, it would be a good one to add. Thanks!

@jsincell Currently, Windy does not have a "wind chill" layer. Mainly because most weather models don't calculate wind chill natively. That is usually calculated after the fact. Which means Windy would have to do the same, which would take some time to complete.

This has already been requested one year before [https://community.windy.com/topic/5530/heat-index-and-wind-chill] and three years after, it's still missing. Would be so happy to see this in Windy.

Just found out that there are actually (more or less precise) charts for Wind Chill and Heat Index:
https://www.weather.gov/safety/cold-wind-chill-chart
https://www.weather.gov/safety/heat-index(and their respective, easy-to-find Celsius counterparts).
That is one more step but will do the job for me (I'm a hiker/runner). It would be so nice to see this in Windy! It's an immensely helpful value.

Hi @plusterwurst, thank you for your feedback. We have to first finish features we are currently working on and that are already planned to be developed. We will discuss this one as well.
