Wrong name of city

Near the city of Zwolle, Netherlands, the weather for Gouda is given. See screenshot.

This is a Personal Weather Station of the MADIS network. It’s not an official Weather Station.
So, either the person gave a wrong name to his PWS, or the coordinates are wrong. I’m afraid that Windy cannot change it.

You may note that the wind speed and direction seem pretty bad which is often the case with PWS.

I rather agree with you. They are often not properly placed, most of time in town which gives wrong wind speed and direction.
