What are the rain and clouds data formats ?

hi again :)
i am fine with wind and temperatures meaning of the 3 values arrays given when querying weather at a picker spot, as described here : https://api4.windy.com/examples/picker/

but i must confess i don't know how to understand the values for the rain and cloud overlays... :(
did i miss the information somewhere ?
