How use API to get JSON or similar?

Hi, I will develop a chatbot with this API, but I search and don't see anything to use for that. I see how to use map, but I just need the information like a json or xml.

I need know if is possible use this api like this, or we just can get the map?

Licences don't allow to share raw data.

Use visualized map.
