Thunder rain Bug

Hello, in the Free version of the Api the Thunder Rain layer displays rain and snow, but not the Thunder zones

same here, showing Thunderstorm over my city Vadodara, Gujarat, India as per now time. but no sign of even a white cloud and the sky is clear blue with sunshine.

I do not think it is an API issue. Just forecast missed the reality. It is same for Windy page itself.
