Explanation: It seems to me that aforementioned server is accessible only from USA. It should provide the new access to NASA chemical data, which currently unavailable at Windy. Related issue: https://community.windy.com/topic/8030/somthing-wrong-with-co2-and-so2

Ok, end of survey. I found out, that we can reach that site from many servers around the world, including our production servers. Probably only our Prague office has the problem. Closing this topic.
