They might still be displayed, but under a different category - e.g. thunderstorms. That said, I wouldn't trust Windy to accurately display warnings right now, particularly not for high risk events like tornadoes. See some of the issues I've noticed are listed here: https://community.windy.com/topic/7784/missing-cap-alerts
