<![CDATA[Eastern Daylight Saving Time]]>I noticed that the time for the tide on the St Lawrence River is not adjusted for daylight saving time thus making it 1 hour late.

I have crossed referenced it with Timeanddate.com, they have -4 hours offset from UTC as we do.
