<![CDATA[How not to view the futur in Radar mode]]>Hi WindyTy team!
I have a question, before, when using the radar mode loop, it didn't show the future radar, and I don't want to see this. Like make a loop of the past to the present and Not the future.

This is possible because they use a high resolution model COSMO 1km.

But this type of weather model is not available everywhere.

Weather radars detect the presence of raindrops (or snowflakes) at a distance
using radio waves.
Radars can "see" what realy exist in the atmosphere.
Radars CAN NOT see the future!

P.S. Some weather sites provide the, so called, future radar image.
Actualy they provide forecasts from weather models in "radar like" colours.
For example, here http://www.myfutureradar.com/ you can see that the imagery
comes from NAM high resolution weather model.
