Why won´t my forcast show at bottom of screen?

When I open the site, the map shows in full screen with a wind speed but no white arrow.
How do I get the forecast back along the bottom and also access the menu. It doesn´t matter where on the screen I click. -

Make sure your particles animation are on. (this option you can find in the right corner)
Can you please provide what device are you using? Also information about your browser? Thank you

Tx, there is no menu of any kind on the screen. I am on my desktop, windows explorer.
I have been using it fine for a long time and something changed.
I just tried it with Chrome and it worked perfect! Should we try and recover function with explorer (I have the latest version)? -
Few minutes ago we realised a new version and this problem on Internet Explorer should be now fixed. So please try again later. Hope it will help.
