Runway direction of ZSWH airport are 03/21 but Windy said 02/20. It should be changed.

You are right. Airport runway designations are based on their magnetic headings—and the planet's magnetic poles can move!
ZSWH changed runway naming someday between 2014-2016.

Windy uses ourairports.com as airport database.
This database is very outdated

I think Windy must use another database for airport's data.
