On website, click on the clock:
to show information about selected model:
On the App, this information is shown below the list of models.

You are looking at radar data, not ECMWF weather layer.
Try changing to Wind/Temperature layer -

Your UI is slightly different from mine. On your screenshot you are on the Radar layer, but I suppose that when you select Wind or Temperature the ECMWF logo will appear. Try to click on it... -

On radar mode, this option is not available, I gave it different and it is already this icon, thanks for help :)

Because radar layer comes not from model forecast..
