Weather Display added support to publish your data on Windy

You can now upload your data to Windy via the Weather Display. Just go to the control panel and in section Publication, you can now select Windy. You just fill the API key, which you can generate on Windy Station website, and select the upload frequency.

@tomslavkovsky I have been stuggling to get windy to publish my data. This screenshot worked a treat. For a complete novice it was very helpful. My first attempt did not work. I think my API had expired. I deleted my Old station added a new one, with the new API key I was publishing data on Windy in 3 minutes..........Thanks
