PC Win10 Chrome Map Large, text tiny and compressed

Starting two days ago my Windy display went haywire.. all fonts are tiny, and compressed horizontal and vertically. The the Menu on the left is 1/3 it normal width, does not show the favorites button or settings and you can't drag the right edge out to resize it. On the right the sign in, zoom + - and all the weather options are scrunched horizontally and vertically and pinned against the right screen edge.. If you select More layers the right-most 2/3 of the text in that dropdown are off the screen and unviewable. At the bottom the lower half days of week bar is hidden and unviewable. All menus you can see appear to work but text is so compressed it's nearly impossible to select a single item. It's as if the map portion of the screen has pushed everything out to the edges compressing them. Screen refreshes take much longer than previous. The problem persists under all screen resolutions using Win10 Pro Chrome. Interestingly, it works fine under MS Edge/Explorer Dell 5414 Win10 PC and Chrome. Any ideas?

Browser Zoom = 30%

Browser Zoom = 100%
