A strange movie

Hi, I see lighting bolt status on last hour and I see a strange circle on Emelia Romagna like an explosion.
Can you explain me what happened and what satellite tracked on 19 April at 23:15?

If you noticed a radar image like this:

then probably the radar was set in "Clear Air Mode".

These radar products aren't anything to worry about. :)
