JoJo Sewa is town in Lancashire

Turned on the ap today to find a town I have Never heard of clearly labelled on the map and I have a screenshot for somebody if they wish it.
Above a town called Burnley in Lancashire I found a new town called JoJo Siwas Crib -
Would love an explanation of this – apparently she is a young dancer trying to become famous in America why she’s turned up in sunny Lancashire I have no idea! -
