<![CDATA[Wind power is not changing, when timelapse is triggered]]>HI,

I think i found a bug on windy.com site, every time when I point any place on map and zoom it, the wind power is not changing, when timelapse is triggered.

Can you verify that (Windows 10, Google Chrome Version 74.0.3729.108 (Official Build) (64-bit))
