Even while selecting the option to go from Celsius to Fahrenheit, the widget still only loads in Celsius.

The bug is now fixed. Please test it and let us know. 🙂

Re: Widget not changing from C to F
Although Tom Slavkovsky reported this bug as fixed on May 21, 2019, the bug still seems to persists today (05-29-2024) in Mobile version 42.1.6
Build2024-05-16 10:55
My iPhone 13 is running IOS version 17.4.1The iphone APP displays the temperatures correctly in Fahrenheit, as does the web version...it is just the widget.
Photo attached.

@rlsmith01773 I was having the same issue and I found a post in another thread made by SimonUrbanek that fixed it for me. I’ll post it below. It was made for android in mind so when it says to refresh the widget you will have to remove it and put it back because IOS is awesome like that.
“Hi everybody,
I am trying to induce this problem, but the units in the widgets are displayed correctly. I think the error may occur in the synchronization between the application and the widgets. Could you please try the following: In the application in the settings, switch the units to for example celsius, then refresh the widget and then again to faranhait and refresh the widget again? When you change the units in the settings, the settings in the widgets will be synchronized. It is possible that the data for the widgets has been lost and this is how it will be uploaded again. Anyway, I will check the synchronization mechanism again.” -
@Daniel-Stout Thanks for posting this.
The widget only displaying Celsius on my Pixel had been driving me crazy. Changing the app to Celsius, updating the widget, changing the app back to Fahrenheit, updating the widget again took care of it.
