Adding another source for Current Wind/Temp Data

Hi all!

Washington State University (US) has a network of weather stations throughout Washington State as well as parts of Oregon. It would be really handy to have these data points on the map alongside the exisiting data from the NWS.

We have an upload API special for this case. Just visit stations.windy.com and feed data to us. Including logo of your university
