Android: Meteogram and airgram not working for some locations

For some locations (above 61N?) Meteogram and airgram are not working properly. No information is shown in graphical part of the widget.

Behavior same both for a Huawei mediapad m3 and a Sony Xperia Z5 compact. Are working on Chrome on a laptop running Ubuntu 16.04
