Customizable loops

Is it possible to create customizable loops where the user chooses a feature, aggregation method, and time period?

For example,

Precipitation, Total, over past 3 hour, 24 hour, 48 hours...
Wind, Max/Average, over past 3 hours, ...
Temperature, Max, 24 hour...

You can write a plugin to achieve this. But we do not store historical data, you will be able to use only forecast. https://github.com/windycom/windy-plugins
